Best Companies to Work for in Texas

2010 - CAPSHER Technology was named one of the Best Places to Work in Texas for 2010. This award recognizes the organization for its work environment, employee commitment, and opportunity for growth. The relaxed company culture at CAPSHER helped the company earn the Best Places designation. Employees dress casually and celebrate birthdays with company sponsored lunches. The company regularly hosts after-hours social events. Managers contribute on teams, and company executives keep an open door for employee interaction and feedback.

The complete list of companies receiving the award appears in the February issue of Texas Monthly. Companies from across the state were evaluated on their workplace policies, practices, and demographics. Employees completed surveys to measure the employee experience.

Aggie 100

2006 - 2009 - CAPSHER received the Aggie 100 award for the fourth year in a row in 2009. This award recognizes the company for consistent annual growth over the last three years.

The Aggie 100 identifies, recognizes and celebrates the 100 fastest growing Aggie-owned or Aggie-led businesses in the world. The award was created by Mays Business School's Center for New Ventures and Entrepreneurship. The Center provides encouragement, education, networking and assistance to entrepreneurially-minded students, faculty and Texas businesses.
